
Ralph Langley, seen here at the 2001 SPAR reunion, passed away on June 14, 2004. He was 89 years old. He was a lieutenant in the Air Transport Command during World War II, serving as a navigator and earning several medals. After the war, he continued to serve in the Air Force Reserves where he reached the rank of major. He flew as a navigator for Trans-Caribbean Airlines and then Seaboard for many years. In May, he and his wife Lou Winna celebrated their 60th anniversary in Greenacres, FL where they lived. He is also survived by sons Larry and David, daughter Cathy Sutton, and three grandchildren.
