Peggy S. Bochkay, wife of Capt. Rich Bochkay, was born in Calhoun City, Mississippi to the late W.W. Carter and Rose Griffin Carter. She is survived by her husband, Richard; J. Bochkay of Ochlocknee, GA; daughter, Nancy Howden (Duncan) of North Hampton, PA; step-sons, Richard S. Bochkay of New Jersey and David J. Bochkay of New Jersey; grandson, Christopher Howden; granddaughter, Cassie Howden Supinski; and great-grandson, Luke Supinski.
