Alastair Thomson

Alastair Thomson was born in Johnstone, Scotland. During the 1930s, he was a station manager in Sharjah for Imperial Airways/British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC).

In 1936, he married Jean Smith McKie, an Imperial Airways/BOAC flight attendant, in Cairo. Their son, Nigel, was born in 1944. After the war, Alastair worked for BOAC in England and possibly in the U.S.

Few a few years in the 1950s, Alastair worked for Seaboard and was Vice-President of Commercial Services as of 1955.
