Wallace Neth served as a pilot in the Air Transport Command of the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II. He worked with Arthur Norden on the safety program for "Hump" operations over the Himalayas. He was one of the founders of Seaboard. He served as secretary, and director of traffic. He is seen here with his wife, June, at Expo 86 in Vancouver, Canada, August, 1986.
